Delete PipVPN installation data

Last updated: 27 October 2026

PipVPN does not require a name, email address or account password. Each installation uses a random identifier for connection access.

Delete from the app

Open Settings, choose Delete installation data, read the explanation and confirm Delete data. PipVPN stops the VPN, requests removal of this installation on the server, then removes saved device keys, access and preferences and withdraws VPN consent. Use the latest app version for this control.

If the server is unreachable, saved access is kept so you can retry. A confirmed server request revokes access immediately. If a VPN node is unavailable, minimal deletion and peer-removal records remain until cleanup is acknowledged; remaining installation and associated administrative records are then removed. A hashed deletion receipt can remain for up to seven days to confirm a retry, without the installation identity after cleanup. Ordinary security records expire under the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

If you cannot use the app

Email info@cyberpip.com with your request. Do not send private VPN keys, session tokens or browsing history. Because we do not require personal identity, an email address alone may not identify an anonymous installation. We will explain any verification needed and what information we can identify and delete.

Uninstalling alone does not immediately remove server records. Expired access is revoked and records are removed during scheduled maintenance after tunnel cleanup. No browsing or VPN traffic logs are held to delete. For details, read the PipVPN Privacy Policy.
