Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms cover Cyberpip's PipVPN apps and VPN service on Android, Windows, Linux and any other platform where we offer PipVPN. By using PipVPN, you agree to these terms. Stop using it if you do not agree.

Lawful use only

Cyberpip does not allow illegal use of its VPN. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are and for respecting other people's rights.

Do not use PipVPN for unauthorized access, hacking, malware, fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, exploitation of children, illegal content, copyright infringement or attacks on networks. Do not overload or damage our service or help others misuse it. A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the legal adult age where you live, obtain a parent or guardian's permission where permitted by law. Use the service only where VPN use is lawful.

Required safety policy

Every PipVPN connection is subject to PipVPN Shield filtering. We restrict known adult-content, pornography, gambling, malware and phishing domains and known public Tor access points using server-side DNS and network rules. There is no in-app off switch. Do not attempt to bypass these controls or use the service to facilitate prohibited activity. Tor also has lawful uses; its restriction is a product policy, not a statement that all Tor use is illegal.

Filtering is based on reputation lists. It can miss new or concealed sites, custom encrypted connections and content inside otherwise allowed apps or websites. It can also block a site by mistake. It is not age verification, a full parental-control system or a guarantee of safety, ethical conduct or legal compliance. You remain responsible for your use and local laws. You may contact support for a review; approved corrections are operator-reviewed server policy changes.

If required protection is unavailable or its policy is too old, the server blocks forwarded VPN traffic rather than providing an unfiltered connection. Policy activation or maintenance may briefly interrupt connectivity. Protection applies only while traffic is carried by PipVPN; it does not control your device's other connections. Current preview apps have no live VPN or active filtering.

Privacy and abuse reports

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we handle. Our no-browsing-logs policy does not give permission to break the law. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risks or legal requirements, including in response to credible abuse reports. We do not need to record browsing activity to enforce these rules.

Service limits

Current builds are previews. Connections can fail or stop, and protection may end during an interruption. We do not promise complete anonymity, uninterrupted service, specific speeds or access to any particular website or service. Keep your device updated and check that the VPN is connected.

We may change servers, features or availability. Third-party software retains its own licenses. Nothing here removes rights granted by those licenses.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, and Cyberpip is not responsible for indirect losses or disruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or duties that the law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using PipVPN at any time. We will explain material changes to these terms, update the date and give any notice required by law.
